The
Office
Our office
is the most modern available: completely digital and paperless, completely
networked, equipped for emergency medicine, completely sterile water
supply, most advanced sterilization methods and monitoring. We offer
video patient education and entertainment in each chair. You can bring
your own DVD or CD. We can also present internet radio and television
during your appointment. We strive to be on time for your appointment
and efficiently handle your treatment in the fewest appointments possible.
Financial
Policy
Our financial policy
Our office has established procedures that maintain quality care
and reasonable cost for our patients. The fees quoted are an estimate
only. If the procedure proves to be more or less complex than anticipated,
the fees will be adjusted accordingly. The stated fees will be honored
for a period of 6 months.
For dental implants
procedures: We request payment in full two weeks prior to each planned
procedure date. This fee covers routine care from the time of the
first procedure and for one year following the final restoration
of the implant, as long as all pre and post operative recommendations
are followed. This fee includes all of your post-operative visits,
x-rays and photos following your procedure.
Your
insurance coverage
As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file your insurance
forms for you. We must remind our patients; however, that insurance
is an agreement between you and your insurance company to pay you
certain amounts for medical care. Your doctor's bill is an agreement
between you and Dr. Grove, and does not involve the insurance company,
even when we file the insurance claim for you. In short, you are
responsible for any and all charges. Your financial obligation to
this office for payment is not dependent on insurance coverage.
Missed or canceled appointments
The time that you have reserved for your procedure is valuable.
If for any reason you choose not to keep your scheduled appointment,
we ask as a courtesy to us and our other patients awaiting treatment
that you advise us as soon as possible. In the event that a patient
cancels a procedure with less than 24 hours notice or fails to keep
the appointment as scheduled, we reserve the right to charge 10%
of the total cost of the treatment to your account.
Credit
options
As a service to our patients, we are pleased to participate in credit
plans, please ask us. Should you be interested in financing your
treatment, please feel free to ask one of our patient coordinators
for more details.
Financing
We offer no and low cost financing through Care Credit and Capitol
One. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
We also offer a 3% professional courtesy for cash or check if the
entire treatment proposal is paid at the first consultation appointment.
